Traditional Pilav Day Enthusiasm at Vocational School of Health Services...

Bursa Uludağ University Vocational School of Health Services brought together its graduates, students, academic and administrative staff with the annual Pilav Day event.

The 2nd Traditional Pilav Day, which was held on Sunday, October 20, 2024, in the garden of the Vocational School of Health Services, started with a minute of silence and the National Anthem in the spiritual presence of the founder of our Republic, the Great Leader Mustafa Kemal ATATÜRK and our beloved martyrs and veterans who passed away. After the speeches of Prof. Dr. İrfan KIRIŞTIOĞLU, Vice Rector of Bursa Uludağ University, Prof. Dr. Çağatan TAŞKIN, Coordinator of Vocational Schools, Prof. Dr. Sinan ÇAVUN, Director of Vocational School of Health Services, and Suhendam URBAY, one of the donors of our school, stating the meaning and importance of the event day, pilav was served accompanied by a music concert. Academic and administrative staff, graduates, students, and their families attended the event.

At the Traditional Pilav Day, which offered an opportunity for new students to meet and for alumni to reunite, alumni and students also shared their experiences. The event, which is expected to continue with the same enthusiasm in the coming years, ended with a group photo with the graduates of each program.
